We have constantly been getting requests from customers outside Canada and US for our products. Up until now we tried to process some of these orders manually which was time consuming for us and inconvenient for the customer. The greatest challenge was to find shipping agent that would provide fast and reliable delivery at a reasonable cost. Now few quick tips to successfully place and receive your order:
- Please make sure you are ordering the right size. We would be very happy (and quick) to answer as many questions as you may have regarding our product. Send us your measurements if you need to compare sizes. Remember that sizes may vary between countries (for example European Large is barely a Medium in Canada and US) and even between brands (some are more generous, some are more fitted). It is A LOT EASIER to help you pick the right size BEFORE you order than to go through return/exchange process if you live outside Canada or US.
- Check carefully all the shipping and billing information, including postal code and email address. Order delivered to wrong address due to customer’s mistake may not be reimbursed.
- Once your order is shipped we issue a tracking number that lets you check the status and whereabouts of your package. Please check this tracking number regularly in order to facilitate successful delivery. Delivery options may vary from country to country but wherever you are, best way to receive your order is to be there yourself when it arrives.
