Taxes
If you are an Ontario resident than we charge 5% GST and 8% PST on your purchase
and 5% GST on shipping.
If you live in Canada outside Ontario than we charge only 5%GST on your purchase
and shipping.
If you live outside Canada than there is no taxes applied.
Delivery time
Once we received your payment we arrange shipping via UPS Courier according to your instruction (standard, expedited, express saver or express). Usually orders are packed and shipped out within 3 business days with exception of Christmas sales. If your order is a Christmas gift please allow 5 business days for your order to be packed. When your order is shipped out we provide your with shipment tracking number via e-mail. You may then visit UPS website at http://www.ups.com/content/ca/en/index.jsx and find out exact delivery time using this tracking number. In general it takes 3-10 business days to ship anywhere in North America.
Back Order
Due to high demand and stock availability your order can be back-ordered (postponed) or cancelled and your payment will be refunded.

During shipping outside of Canada goods may become subject to customs duties. UPS acts as customs broker unless specified otherwise. All customs duties and brokerage fees are the responsability of the consignee (customer).
