Return Policy.

All returns have to be authorized by Showdown Sports Customer service. Please do not send any merchandise back without contacting us and geting a Return Authorization (RA) number. For RA number please contact Customer service at (905) 850-5074 or through e-mail: info@showdownsports.com
 
Returned items can be exchanged for anything from our catalogue within 30 days of the day of original purchase. Customer is responsible for shipping order back to our warehouse.
 
Returned merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered and have all tags attached to it. Shoes must be returned in the original box and must not be worn.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders cancelled before shipping out are subject to a fee of 10 dollars (Canadian funds) per item.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS
All authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and all customs/brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to warehouse will be withheld from refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS
All unauthorized returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge and all customs/brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to warehouse will be withheld from refund amount. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Merchandise considered defective must be authorized by Showdown Sport Inc.(customer service). All defective returns must be prepaid in order to be accepted by Showdown Sports Inc. Showdown Sports Inc. in its sole discretion, will determine whether the returned defective products are in fact defective. Showdown Sports Inc. is not responsible for any products deemed mistreated or worn out. All merchandise deemed not defective, Purchaser will be responsible for shipping costs back to them.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY
All merchandise contained in our catalogs is sold under the condition that we cannot guarantee the user freedom from injury. The user assumes all risks related to the use of the merchandise.
